Press Release Summary: Pirates of the Caribbean star signs on to battle vampires in
Iowa

Press Release Body: un 15, 2008 - NEW YORK - Film and television actor Martin Klebba
is the first star to be cast in director Chuck Griffith\'s upcoming full-length
adventure horror picture, Apollo Thorne.

Appearing as title character Apollo Thorne, Klebba will play the role of a 4-foot
tall vampire killer, brought out of retirement in Iowa to save his adopted daughter
from a new breed of night creatures determined to control the world. The story is
loosely inspired by Shakespeare\'s The Tempest with a Goonies type adventure mixed
with the teen horror film genre of today.

Martin Klebba, a veteran of the first Pirates of the Caribbean, repeated his role as
the diminutive but tough \"Marty\" in both film sequels. A native of Troy, Michigan,
he has enjoyed numerous credits in feature films and television as both an actor and
stunt player. His motion picture credits, as an actor, include Men in Black II,
Cradle 2 the Grave, Death to Smoochy, and Corky Romano. He was a stunt player in the
films The Hand That Rocks the Cradle, Epic Movie, Evan Almighty, Planet of the Apes,
Leprechaun: Back 2 Tha Hood, Van Helsing, Yours Mine and Ours and SuperBabies: Baby
Geniuses 2.

On television, Klebba is perhaps best known for his role as Randall Winston in
multiple episodes of \"Scrubs\". He is a frequent guest on \"The Howard Stern Show\" on
Sirius Satellite Radio.

Martin Klebba is the \"Fastest Little Person in the World\" and regularly defends his
title, competing against other Little People from around the world. He recently
started a not-for-profit charity, CoDA (Coalition for Dwarf Advocacy) with friend
Matt Roloff (of TV\'s Little People, Big World). The organization raises money to
help find forever homes for dwarf children awaiting adoption.

\"\"Marty has explosive on-screen energy that deserves its own movie,\" said Chuck
Griffith, the award-winning director of 2001\'s independent rock-music film, Thank
You Good Night. \"He\'s known for doing his own stunts while also delivering a
charming performance.\"

In addition to Apollo Thorne, Griffith will begin production this summer on the
indie motion picture, Shifting the Canvas, about a group of artists living in
Brooklyn as they struggle to maintain a rather dysfunctional family of friends in a
post-9/11 world challenged with gentrification, deception, and sterilization. The
drama stars Cheyenne Jackson (Broadways\' Xanadu) and Scott Thomson (Kids in the
Hall).

Apollo Thorne is being overseen by Roaring Leo Productions and by Producer George
Lekovic. Production begins fall 2009.
